PLATFORM SERVICE AGREEMENT
By creating an organization on this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Acceptance of Terms.By accessing or using the Ad Platform services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the services.
2. Organization Account.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your organization's account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use.You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable advertising regulations and industry standards.
4. Data Protection.You acknowledge that the platform processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complifies with applicable data protection laws.
5. Billing and Payments.You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the platform. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property.The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the platform provider and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability.In no event shall the platform provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services.
8. Termination.We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Governing Law.These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
